Michael Stavis Obituary
He was born to parents Thelma and Leo Stavis on March 2, 1949, in Baltimore, MD. He married Deborah, the love of his life, in 1968, who survives him. Mike is also survived by his sons Michael, Joshua, and Timothy, daughters Elizabeth (Timothy) and Sarah (Justin), his sister Jane, sister-in-law Irene, as well as a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mike was predeceased by his parents, his son Robert, his daughter Stacey, and his brother Robert.
Michael graduated from Dundalk High School and later earned his Associates Degree from YTI Career Institute. He was known for his love of history, guns, sports, and family. Family was his greatest legacy, and he will be greatly missed by all of his loved ones.
The memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, at 11:30 a.m. at Dundalk Assembly of God. Donations can be made in support of the Prostate Cancer Foundation, in lieu of sending flowers.
