Mark, an avid lover of the river, grew up working at the Tell City Yacht Club, Tell City Party Barge, Boat Barn, and piloted for Tell City Tug Service.

I was just talking about Mark today with my Mom. I told her how he bought Fred a furnace, because he was to sick to get firewood and he would bring him gravel for his driveway and bought him a motorcycle just to get Fred to keep living life! Mark never took a dime from him!
Now as of May 20, 2020 Fred and Mark are having a good time on the other side.
It helps me knowing that My Dad, my son Nick and now my Big Brother Fred are all together. Mark was like family to us and Micheal Veeck was Nick's best friend. I just needed you to know that Mark will never be forgotten.
What hurts the most is his 3 boys was his world, and for them to be without their Dad, just breaks my heart. I know Mark is watching over the boys. I'm sure he is proud of them!
Mark one day I'll see you on the other side my friend, love and miss you man.

Mark, I'm so glad we got to talk the other day, and we said our love you's. It made me feel so good, when you said I love the whole Osborne family, and I said we love you to. We are going to miss you. You and Fred have stuck by each others sides for so many years, helping each other out. Mark thank you for being such a great friend and not giving up and make Fred realize there is life out there. It broke my heart to get the news that you had to go. You rest in peace and tell my Dad & Son I miss them. Dad sure liked you Mark.
