Frank Devan Obituary

DEVAN, FRANK T. JR., 67, of Jeffersontown, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011.

He was a US Air Force and Air National Guard veteran as well as a volunteer firefighter for both Jeffersontown and McMahan Fire Departments.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank T. Sr. and Gertrude Devan; and sister, JoAnn Sowders.

He is survived by his wife, Linda S. (Garrity) Devan; children, Paul W. Devan (Zobe) and Paula Williams (Randy); grandchildren, Nick and Haley Vaughn and Zophia Devan and Ella Williams; and sister, Doris Raque (Jim).

Visitation will be 2 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. A memorial gathering will also take place Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to WHAS Crusade for Children or Hosparus.
