I worked with Bim when owned Myra´s Restaurant. He was a generous mentor with his knowledge about wine and the art of creating successful restaurants.
He taught me a lot those many years ago when I was a server in his restaurant. He will be missed in by many Louisville I am certain. My condolences to his family.

Boy, am I sadden to learn of Bim’s passing. We were friends from prep school in Maine and just recently reconnected when he gave me suggestions for a trip to Charleston. I am so sorry for your loss and I will pass the information onto others who knew him from school in Maine.
He was a very kind person with loads of talent.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I have very good memories of Bim, from Deitrich's Restaurant and Allo Spiedo on Frankfort Avenue. As the former owner of Sweet Surrender, I would deliver desserts. I remember Bim's big smile! I am thinking about you Joanne, and your family. Heaven will be brighter, with his smile from above.

My wife and I enjoyed many many meals at his restaurants. Visitors (even a business guest from Paris) always loved to go to Bims. We are fortunate to have had him here and will miss him very much. Please accept our condolences on his passing.
