Wilma Jean Rosanky, 81, of Apple Springs, TX passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013. Born and raised in Apple Springs, Wilma moved to Houston where she worked and raised two daughters. After they were grown she moved back to Apple Springs where she lived for 25 years. Wilma loved her children and grandchildren and loved dogs, taking in and rescuing countless animals throughout her life. Wilma is preceded in death by her husband Sam Rosanky and daughter Katie Rosanky. She is survived by her daughter Judy Walters; brother Charles Barton; sister Clincy White; granddaughter Ashley Mercer; grandsons Joshua and Dustin Walters; granddaughter Caroline Rosanky and great-granddaughters Meadow and Mariah Mercer. A funeral service will be 10am, Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Apple Springs Baptist Church with interment to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Apple Springs, TX. Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main, Tomball, TX. 77375.

May God be present and among all of you during this sad time of your lives. Wilma was a special gal who loved life and laughter and she will be remembered for those attributes by those who knew her. God's blessings on all her family.

Our sincere sympathy to the family in their loss of this lovely lady. We shared a lot of laughs while working together on the Apple Springs Old Timers Cookbook. She will be greatly missed.
