I've known Earl since 1966 when I came to work for the City of St. Clair Shores as City Engineer. He was very helpful to me in getting acquainted with the operations of the City. We got closer together in the 60's when we did the sandbagging on the canals to protect the residents from the future flooding. He was a great asset to the City.

My condolences to the family. The "chief's" memory will live on within all of us. He did many great things for the city of Saint Clair Shores.
