So, so sorry you had to lose this dear man as he was very special, caring & kind to me. I met Nick @ Grecian Gardens Restaurant on Gratiot Ave, in Chesterfield, Michigan. He was a very regular, generous donor to my son's wrestling team. I first met Nick as an advertising sales rep for the Anchor Bay Beacon. My job was to collect the $$ from Nick for his ad, make any changes he wanted in the ad that week, be friendly to him, & keep him happy so he did not pull his ad out of that Beacon. I achieved all of this not because of the paper but because Nick really liked me & I really liked him. He also would introduce me to his wife & children, many times. I felt bad when the restaurant burned down. I felt extra bad when I read on-line about the horrible accident that took his life & took him away from you his family & from me. May God bless you & console all of you. He will always bring tears to our eyes & will be in our hearts forever & will never be forgotten. So sorry for all of you & for me.

I only met Nick once at a restaurant , while visiting with Linda and the late Andres Andreopoulos, the Godparents to my niece Paula ,the daughter of Maryann and Pete Stathopoulos. I remember Nick, Andy and Pete having a heavy discussion over what I think was a greek antipasto platter.I remember 'Nick, being pleasurable, thoughtful and having a welcoming smile, truly a very sad loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.
My deepest sympathy

God must have needed a man to run the big restaurant in heaven. Too soon for us but if God needed him he chose the best man for the job.
