Dear Dad,
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you and how grateful I am to be your daughter. The little things in life remind me of you and I smile knowing that you shared so much with me. My family is always asking me about you and I am glad to be able to pass on your life and stories with them. I was so fortunate to have a Dad like you to be an inspiration for me when things get difficult. I always say a blessing for you each day and you are always with me.
Love you always,
Your farishta,
Scarlet

Dear Dad,
As your birthday approaches, I find myself thinking of you more and more. I wish you were here to drink coffee with me and eat homemade pancakes. I miss the kind hearted warmth in which you treated others.
