Joseph Mondrick Obituary
Joe graduated from Whitehall HS in 1969, proudly served in the US Navy 1969-73, and graduated with a BA in History from Kutztown University 1981.
In addition to his wife, Loretta, he is survived by son, Ian, husband of Chelsea; grandson Liam; sisters, Barbara Torba and Monica Karpowicz (Don); and brother Peter (Kathy). He was predeceased by sister Dora Marchetti. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made in Joe's memory to National Multiple Sclerosis Society c/o the funeral home or online at
https://www.nationalmssociety.org/donate. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., Coplay is entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.brubakerfuneralhome.com.

Just found out about Joe from a co-worker of myself and Joe. I enjoyed alot of hikes with Joe over the years. His conversations were very enjoyable and he could always make me laugh. My thoughts and prayers go out to Loretta and family.

My prayers go out to Joes family.Joe and I went to school together and we had more of a connection as Joes mom and my grandmother were sisters.i saw Joe at times shopping at Giant and he always stopped and we talked for some time.god bless you Joe.

Heartfelt condolences to Loretta and family. Joe was the consummate poet.At the flower shop where I worked, we kept copies of the wonderful messages he included in the flowers he sent to Loretta. They were the height of romanticism.

Joe Mondrick had the most delightful laugh and spirit. I will always remember his kindness to me as a kid and as an adult. Im really heartbroken by his passing. Much love to the whole family.

Tom and I were so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. He was a terrific neighbor and such an avid history buff. We enjoyed talking with him. I'll miss hearing the Beatles music coming from the house. Thoughts and prayers to all.

I enjoyed working along side Joe for several years. He was a fascinating person with a plethora of knowledge. Joe loved to hike, and freely shared his hiking maps with anyone who wanted them. He was a private person, but he would mention his son, Ian, who was his pride joy.
