Bernadette A. Malinowski Marczely

BRECKSVILLE, Ohio — Bernadette A. Malinowski Marczely, 64, of Brecksville, Ohio, died Saturday, May 9, 2009.She was a professor at Cleveland State University.She was a former member and current summer member of Our Lady Queen of the Americas Catholic Church of Conneaut Lake and an associate of the Iroquois Club.She was the beloved wife of David W., Bernadette was predeceased by her father, Edward, and her mother, Martha Bolkosky Malinowski, of Pittsburgh and Conneaut Lake.She is survived by her uncle, Jim Rosella, and aunt, Helen Bulkowski, both of Pittsburgh; cousins, Carol Bolkosky, John Rosella and his wife, Rosemary, Richard Rosella and his wife, Lisa, with next generation, Christopher, Chester Bolkoski and his wife, Mitzi, all of Pittsburgh, Patricia Ryan and her husband, retired Lt. Col. Richard, of Maryland, Edward Bolkosky of Florida, Robert Wilkinson and his wife, Deborah, of Utah; and sundry students, scattered by the four winds.A prayer service will be held at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Road, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Basil Church, 8700 Brecksville Road, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made, in her name, to Providence House of Cleveland or to the Meadville Council on the Arts.
