Shelly was passionate about animals, the oceans, hot rods, the Yankees, and Bruce Springsteen. He was an avid water-skier and boater. Shelly had a great sense of humor, was always a loyal and sensitive friend and a caring soul. As a true lover of animals, Shelly was devoted to saving animals' lives and volunteered his time and money towards those efforts. Shelly, you enriched our lives. You made us laugh. You are missed. You are loved. We salute you. Contributions can be considered in Shelly's name to Pets In Need in San Mateo, CA and The Homeless Cat Network in San Carlos, CA.

I worked with Shelly years ago in San Mateo and was sad to hear of his passing! Shelly was so active, and full of life, he loved his cat Toones. My respects to the family.

Shelly was a great guy and a great friend. He always cared about you and took interest in what was going on in your life. When he would return from a trip he would always bring home gifts for my 2 young boys. Shelly you will be sorely missed my friend.
