We all miss you very much...RIP

Although I had only known Todd for 4 years after becoming the Fire Chief here in Cromwell, I enjoyed working with him and found him to be a commensurate fire safety and protection professional. His quiet and unassuming manner was effective in assisting the community in remaining as safe as possible from the hazards of fire out of control.
I enjoyed working with him and welcomed his support in moving the department further in achieving the most effective fire protection delivery system to the community. I will miss him greatly as I am sure his family of whom he spoke about frequently to me and demonstrated his devotion to them will as well. I hope that you will find comfort in knowing how much you all meant to him as he expressed to me.

Todd did some work for me many years ago and I recently met him last summer at the Golf event and was surprised that he recognized me after all those years. Needless to say I was shocked to see his obituary.
Please accept my sincerest sympathy on your loss

My condolences to Todd's family. I worked at CFD for many years, and always admired his dedication to the FMO and to his family. Our sons grew up together and were good friends as well. Small town; there will be a missing link without his presence there.
