Daniel R. Henneberry

DANIEL R HENNEBERRY Daniel R Henneberry of Clark MO passed away on May 29, 2025, at Boone Hospital in Columbia MO. Danny was born on May 26, 1946, in Mexico, MO to Daniel Henneberry and Sylvester "Pauline" Henneberry. He is a graduate of Mexico Senior High and the Bureau of Naval Business College. Danny honorably served his country in the United States Navy from Aug 1965 to Apr 1971 as an airman aboard the USS-Oriskany Air Craft Carrier. Danny then traveled nationwide as an over-the-road truck driver for 43 years, Known to many fellow truckers as "Diesel Dan". He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Shirley Beamer. Danny is survived by his daughter Lisa (Russell) Burton of Stoutsville MO, and a son, Roger (Angela) Henneberry of Mexico, MO. and sister Betty Ann Schindler, Clark MO. Danny has 6 Grandchildren, Nina Khattab, Coral Cranmer, Richi Barnes, Maegan Lange, Kalea, and Livia Henneberry, and 4 great-grandchildren, Joshua and Leila Khattab, Vernon Burton, and Connor Barnes. The funeral service for Daniel Henneberry is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025, at Pathway - Millard Funeral Chapel, 411 Union Avenue in Moberly MO. Visitation and service from 10:30-11:45 am with full military honors and interment to follow at 1:00 pm at the Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO. With an escort of patriot riders, and other motorcyclist, led by his daughter Lisa and husband Russell. If desired, donations can be sent to Central Missouri Honor Flight in Danny's memory.
