Oh Richard, you were my teacher and friend for over a decade.
Being a part of your MS Yoga class was such a gift. You taught me ways to find balance and harmony inside and out, morning and night. You taught me to visualize being healthy and well. Thank you and I will see you always by the light of the moon.
