Frank was special. About 1979 I wanted to start my own CPA practice. Without Frank's assistance and encouragement I would have never gotten it off the ground. There were way he helped me, but more importantly he was always there for moral support. He will be missed by many.

I have had the privilege of knowing Frank through the 70th Infantry Division Association. He was known and respected by both our members and our friends in France who also mourn his loss.

A member of the "greatest generation" who had great physical and moral courage in opposing tyranny, he is missed. Would that our current generations posses such 'right stuff' as did our WWII generation.

May you rest in peace my comrade and light perpetual shine upon you.

I met Frank many years ago at the SOS Club and spoke with him often while working out.
I always admired his enthusiasm and love of life, and seeing him was always a bright spot in what could be a tedious exercise routine. He shared some of his WW II experiences, but I did not realize how much he had contributed to his community and country. My deepest sympathy to his family.
