Mr. Clark waspreceded in death by his parents James Gardner Clark Sr.and Ettie Lee Clark a son Stephen Lee Clark, daughter Lillian Lee Clark and three greatgrandchildren. Mr. Clark wasa veteran serving in the Army- Air force during WWII. Heserved as a engineer/gunneron B-52's while stationed inthe Aleutian Islands. A formerSheriff of Dallas county in Alabama from 1955 - 1966. Lifetime member of the AlabamaSheriff's Boys Ranch BuildersClub and the American Legion, served as first Vice President of the National SheriffsAssociation, and past President of the Alabama SheriffsAssociation. Survivors includeDaughter-Joanna Clark Miller(Edward) of Selma, AL,Daughter-Jan Clark Buster(Robert) of Birmingham, AL,Son-Jimmy Clark (Marie) ofGrove Hill, AL, Son-Jeff Clarkof Luverne, AL, Son-JohnnyClark (Pam) of Quitman, GA,Sister-Nelle Hause of San Antonio, TX, Brother-CharlesClark (Merrill) of Birmingham,AL, Granddaughter-JenniferClark, Granddaughter-AmyYoung, (Steve), Granddaughter-Catherine Ray (Adam),Grandson-Michael Clark (Alethia), Grandson-MatthewClark, Grandson-Jamie Clark,Granddaughter-LibbyMoody, (Josh), Grandson-Scott Clark, (Summer), Grandson-John Miller, Granddaughter-Mallory Miller, Grandson-Andy Frith.
