Such sad news - Adeline was close to my parents, they simply adored her. She made the effort to come to the parlor when dad passed away in January 2008. When she didn't come to the parlor for mom who passed away at the end of April, I knew something was wrong. May she find comfort in the company of close friends and family who were waiting for her. My thoughts and prayers go out to Arturo and John.

We were so very, very sorry to hear of Adelina's passing and only wished we had seen her before this! Adelina was a very wonderful, thoughtful person who never seemed to forget events in other peoples lives. It is with a very sorrowful heart that we write this and want to give our very heartfelt condolences to all the family.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I first met Adelina back in 1955 when I was a very young immigrant newly arrived from Italy. I did not speak either languages, only Italian. She, along with her sister Irma, showed me the Canadian way of life and helped me to integrate. I will never forget her.
