I would like to pay my condolences to Mark. I was a customer of Chez Pauze from about 1962 until he sold the restaurant?. I have very fond memories of our wonderfull meals there. Both Mark & his brother? partner? were great hosts, I brought customers --friends & girlfriends & later my wife of many years. We had many great laughs together & sometimes he would send over an after dinner drink & even join us if we were there late. We were all young then.In later years he would go across the street to eat at Le Paris. I think he got to know Guy very well in those later years & I would be invited to join the 2 of them for a Cognac. Guy & I had dated 2 sisters in those early years before Guy was married. I had not seen Mark in the years after he sold the restaurant & I missed him very much when I went back to Pauze & he was no longer there. I wish you & all your family well.
