Antonio CALABRESE Obituary
1930 – 2017
Peacefully passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 87. Antonio Calabrese, beloved husband of 58 years to Concetta Calabrese (nee Altobelli), leaves behind his four children Giuseppe (Palma), Marisa (Jean-Guy), Rina (Glen), and Ingrid (Perry); his grandchildren Julia, Michael, John, Julian, Celia, Veronica, Andrea, Melissa, and Kristina; his brother Gennaro and sister Lina. He also leaves behind in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces to celebrate and remember his life and lessons taught. Antonio was an avid gardener with an infectious smile who loved to be surrounded by his family. He and his delicious tomatoes will be dearly missed. The family will receive condolences at Yves Légaré, 7200 Boul. Newman, LaSalle (Québec) on Friday, April 28 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. as well as on Saturday, April 29 starting at 9:30 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at St- John Bosco church, 2510 Springland in Montréal. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
