Marilyn Biggs Obituary
Pittsburg - Marilyn Sue Biggs, 79, of Pittsburg, KS, passed away peacefully at her home on March 07, 2021, in Pittsburg, Kansas.
Sue was born on January 1, 1942, to Lester and Violet M. (Castagno) Martinous in Pittsburg, KS.
On July 4, 1963, she was united in marriage to Tim Biggs at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Pittsburg, KS.
In addition to her husband Tim, she is survived by two children, Todd Biggs (Lita) of Pittsburg, KS. and Christy Watt (Mike) of Pittsburg, KS; six grandchildren, Jesse Watt of Overland Park, KS, Willie Watt (Jeanice), Patrick Biggs of Pittsburg, KS, Violet Biggs of Manhattan, KS, Joey Biggs of Rolla, MO, and Mac Biggs of Warrensburg, MO; a great-granddaughter, Leighton Watt.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lester "Leo" Martinous.
A Private Family Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial be made to St. Jude's Hospital these can be left at or mailed to Brenner Mortuary. Arrangements are under the direction of Brenner Mortuary 114 E. 4th Street, Pittsburg KS.

So sorry for your loss. Sue was one of my favorite cousins. Wonderful memories as a child playing with her as my dad would bring me when he went to visit his parents and Aunt Violet. It was a treat to walk down to the little store on the corner, I think it was called Pesaventos and spend our quarter. When ever I would come to Pittsburg for a visit, the cousins would get together for lunch . The last time I talked to Sue on the phone she shared with me what her children and grand children were doing. She was so proud of all of them and told me what a Blessing each one was. Please know Tim and family that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
