My memory of Roy was that he was such a nice person. A warm personality, always happy to see and talk to you. And lots of laughing together. I have not seen him for many years but am deeply saddened to her of his passing. Rest In Peace Roy.

I met Roy in 2010 for my first season at Aero Snow after my recent retirement. Even though he was my immediate Manager, we became good friends quickly. I always looked up to Roy & his staff during the storms we worked. What impressed me the most was that Roy would visit us in the field and be available for anything we as his crew needed or asked of him. He was like a father to all of us at Aero Snow. I missed him when he retired from Aero Snow to work at the Port Authority, although we did see each other on the job from time to time. I spoke with him from time to time during the off season and prayed for his quick recovery. I am saddened by his passing and my wife's & my sincerest condolences are extended to his family. We are very sorry for your loss. Roy will surely be missed but many memories of my dear friend will remain.

I have known Roy since the early 80's while we worked at World Airways at Newark airport. Every snow storm I made it a point to go and visit Roy at his snow con office for a big hug and many laughs. We had 35 plus years of laughs and stories. So sad to hear of his passing. A great guy, this years first snow will bring a sad memory instead of the crazy behind the scenes visit of controlled chaos from Newarks own "Joe Patroni". God Bless all of Roys family and friends.

Linda, Don't know if you remember me but we were friends way back when. I remember that we would be at your house and Roy would want to do everything we did. Little things you do not forget. I am so sorry for you loss. So young. So sad. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
