John Edward "Jack" DOWLING

With a twinkle in his eye, a smile on his lips and a desire for debate, Jack Dowling personified the eternal optimist.
He saw something positive in everything, even in the darkest hours. My wife Margaret and I have known Jack, Rita and the family for over five decades. We have shared each others' homes and kitchen tables. He was a man of faith and so his laugh, stories and wit now abide elsewhere. Rest in peace good friend.

I Have known Jack Through the Calysmen Club for about 30 years. He was a very interesting person. I learned a lot from Jack. I had many very interesting conversations With Jack. Condolences to the family. Rest in peace Jack
