I was shocked and saddened to learn this morning of Alvin's passing. Thinking of you and sharing your sorrow....

Alvin was the handsome gentle man my Aunt Arlene fell in love with, the succesfull and generous Farmer of a beautiful Winchester property, but most important, a strong wonderful family man. I cherish the many family gatherings and summer holidays spent on the farm with Alvin and Arlene. Lorna (Brown) Bailie.

My thoughts are with my incredible uncle, with whom I spent all my vacation time , down on the farm. I cherish those memories , I will think of you always .

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss Gary, Sandi and the rest of your family. Though I never met your Dad, Gary, it's obvious from the character he instilled in you, that he was a wonderful man. It's comforting that you were able to enjoy his wisdom and kindness for all these years. Please extend my sincere sympathy to your Mother. Marte
