I met Jean at Grandparents Balon's where we had Many a family Ukrainian Christmas, several years later I had the great privilege of having Jean as one of my employees at a Frank Eliason Centre in the food service department. She was an awesome cook, took pride in all her products and one of very few who received a 100% on her performance appraisal.
