Dear Grace
We were very saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved Floyd.
I knew Floyd from the time I was a kid, growing up in the Marsden area. Great laughs checking fence together along bordering pastures, including chasing out each other's unwanted bulls. A great neighbor !
A kind soul , always willing to lend a helping hand , not only in the community, but also to all church affliliated activities, whether he belonged or not.

We were so sorry to hear about Floyd`s passing. There are not too many men as kind,thoughtful and loving as Floyd was. We had the good fortune of meeting Floyd through his first wife Evelyn and from that moment on we knew how special he truly was. In our youth we hunted, fished, curled,together and were on the same fastball team. After we both left the Marsden area we sort of lost contact with each other, getting short visits, remembering old times at various events at Marsden.
