Harvey and I shared many great adventures together, he was a true friend someone I could on and someone I loved

Harv touched so many lives, so many different ways, always in the most positive way. Mostly from his observations of which I usually agreed upon and supported. I know you are looking over us all in a kind and helpful way. Same as you did when you were walking among us! You were a great influence and I always remember our friendship. My condolences to all of the Kirkland families. Especially to Harv's family.

Wonderful Harvey who walked the talk, skated the line, always smiling, eyes twinkling will be missed by so many. We spent some years in Boise hanging out and never lost touch for long. My deepest sympathy to his family and his many friends.
