In loving memory of my brother Paul,
Sometimes it feels like only yesterday, sometimes it still feels unreal, and sometimes the harsh reality of your absence in our lives seems overwhelming. I still expect to hear your voice on the phone, receive one of your email updates, or laugh at one of your bizarre adventure stories. You are greatly missed and not forgotten Paulie ~ you will always my big brother.

What can I say? Paul and I met in 1990 when I read an article in the newspaper about his plan to bring back varsity hockey to Carleton U. I thought that this was a great idea and met with him over coffee to talk about getting involved in some way. By the end of the meeting I was the new head coach! This was the beginning of a long friendship between my family and Paul, Donna, Shane and Trent that lasted way beyond hockey. With a difference of about 10 years in age, Paul was like a big...
