Andy was true gentleman.worked under him at greens creek pollution control centre.
My deepest condolences to all of his family.

I only met the gentleman once after driving Joanne home from work and he and his wife promptly invited me in to have tea. He gave the impression of old world charm and I liked him immediately.

Marg and I send our heartfelt sympathies to the widow Danuta, and the entire clan. We enjoyed many years of community friendship in Ottawa, and I (Andrew) particularly knew Andrew from the scouting days in Barry's Bay. I was a little younger, one of the infamous Viking sea scouts, who often had to confront the Starsze Charcerstwo over a variety of matters. Andrzej Hauck was always our favourite because of his thoughtfulness and good humour.

Dear Danuta,
We were shocked and saddened at the news of Andrzej's passing and our hearts go out to you. We are leaving tomorrow for a cruise and will not be able to attend either the Beechwood venue nor the funeral on
May 2nd. However, our thoughts will be with you and your family.

It was with a broken heart that I learned of Pan Andrzej's passing. He was such a gentleman and a kind, dear soul. Sending warm thoughts and condolences to Pani Danuta, the girls and the grands.

I am so sorry to hear that Andy has died. My mind goes back to a BBQ in your lovely backyard at your home in Rothwell heights when you had the Algonquin library gang over and the wonderful thick pork chops that he barbecued for us.
