To Bill.s family having known the Nelson family since the early 1950,s when I delivered The Star-Phoenix in the Thornton school area I met Bill and his family when they were active in home and school and also at Calvin Presbyterian Church on Lorne Ave.In addition as an electrician I also dealt with Bill when he was at Ward Johnson and Aim Electric.My condolences to the family may he rest in peace.Due to mobility issues I cannot make it to The German Cultural Centre for the Tribute.Edward Van...

I Knew Bill for many of my own years. I knew him to be a kind thoughtful person and was proud to have known him right to the last time I saw him. He was a good friend, My condolences to his family.

My deepest condolences for your loss. Your dad was truly loved by so many and as you know was one of the most vibrant, hilarious, highly intelligent and loveable people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. All the love and light to you all. You are all in our prayers.
