Fond memories of Red as a member of Hugh Arscott's "Black Patch Club" dining group at John's Prime Rib. Red was the Liberal, Frank Coburn was a CCF/NDP founder, and Hugh was the Rhino Party/Conservative in the group, while the rest of us listened in wonder and amazement. Such good times, with Red giving eminently wise guidance to the flock. A marvellous man.
