What a hero - what an honor and privilege to have met Chuck in Vietnam - when he lived across the street from where I lived. And, during the Tet Offensive - when he protected our building - and made sure we were all safe - breakfast with him was always a treat of interesting stories of where he had been - It was a thrill to have been escorted around Saigon with him -- especially the sight-seeing trips in his jeep during the Tet Offensive - and to walk down the streets arm and arm - to...

I´m so sad to hear of his passing . Clem was by far one of my most favorite people to chat with ever . I always hoped for a Clem autobiography and reality show . The world will never be the same without him . Out family sends our sincere love and condolences to Hope , Victoria, Vanessa and Baby .

Memories of. Chuck will dance in the hearts and minds of all of us who had the privilege to know him and share some of his unique adventures .so thankful.. to have crossed paths with such a wonderful person in. Vietnam and share in some adventures .with him Never to be forgotten .

I initially met Clem in the early 1980´s at Body and Power health club. We were both avid readers of Soldier of Fortune magazine and I was intrigued by his knowledge of military history and the fact that he personally knew some the SOF contributors! We ate breakfast and went to the shooting range on a regular basis. Clem´s knowledge and guidance has been helpful to my own personal success.
