Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Butler,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Al was a wonderful, funny, intelligent man and the world is a sadder place with his passing. Thank God he blessed us with Al, even though his time was too short. My prayers are with you.

Shelia,
I am so sorry to learn of Al's passing. I am sure he and Doug are both home with the Lord and talking over old times. He has been a big help to us over the years and got us where we were in the restaurant business. May the Lord give you comfort at this time.
