Our beautiful friend was taken from us. She was the most caring, generous and selfless person we knew. Her heart was bigger than can imagine and her love for her family was legendery. She fought courageously but unfortunately lost her battle. you will always be in our memeories and our hearts. RIP dearest Ali. May peace also find Dickie, Macca and Jordan. Love the Verco Family

Alison Cox nee Burke an original team member of the first Wembley Netball Club team lost a long battle with cancer that she fought so bravely. Ali was a beautiful person, so generous and always had a smile on her face. She had doll like features with porcelain skin and lovely dark hair. Ali played 144 games for the club.
