CONNIE DENISE GOLDSWORTHY, age 43, of Westville, and formerly of Hobart, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018. She was born on September 27, 1974 in Hobart. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter and friend.
She is survived by her 3 children, Stephanie Matthys, Alexis and Jayden Shupe; mother, Paula (Greg) St. Germain.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Goldsworthy; aunt, Jackie Zeller; brother-in-law, Jay Shupe; ex-husband, Scott Matthys; and boyfriend, Jeffrey Wineinger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to Connie’s family.

Paula - I am so sorry for your loss! You were always there for your little girl, giving all you had to give. I'll always remember when Connie was in the high chair and you'd ask her what she wanted to eat - then name off about 3 items. I thought - my goodness, I don't do that for my little one!!
