Dixie was born on February 5, 1936 and passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Dixie was a resident of Hays, Kansas at the time of passing. She earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Fort Hays State University. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at The First Presbyterian Church in Hays with memorial visitation at 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
