Ben Davis Class of '73

I knew Doug many years ago when he was a student at IUPUI -- he always brightened everyone's life. My condolences on his loss.

Lucy and family,

We pray for peace and comfort for all of you. Keep in mind that thanks to Jesus our Savior, the worst thing is never the last thing, and that you will all reunite one day. Johnny, Leslie, Caleb, Hannah and Grace

I've known Doug since we were at Ben Davis Christian Church together. Always had something good to say. We lost track of each other after high school, but I frequently heard of him and his accomplishments. He will missed by all.

Doug was an imposing figure of my childhood; always keenly witty with a ready laugh that I remember well, decades later. He will be sorely missed.

Bill and Family,
Sorry to hear of your loss - our thoughts & prayers are with you during this difficult time. In Christ's love, Pat Payne/Indianola church family
