Elsa (Ventas) Viera passed away in Santa Rosa on January 6, 2021 at the age of 94. She was born on December 9, 1926 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Elsa settled in Santa Rosa in 1987. Elsa was a spirited, loving woman whose greatest joy was her family. A talented seamstress, knitter, and crocheter, she created beautiful clothing for her grandchildren and donated crocheted hats and baby blankets to Santa Rosa area hospital maternity wards. Elsa is survived by daughter Edith Viera, and grandchildren Ryann and Sean (Madison) Nordahl and Ethan Viera. She is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Robert, and son Robert Viera.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
