Dear Colette,

I was very sorry to hear of George's death, which I just read about in the All Hallows H.S. bulletin. I was a classmate of George's at All Hallows and remember his intelligence, wry, Irish humor, and healthy cynicism about the world. He and I shared some great teachers and fun times. He wrote in my yearbook, "To: Mick Jagger, Good luck at N. VietNam University." signing it George (J.P.G.R.). I did end up in Vietnam with the Marines in 1969 so George was prescient even...

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Please know that I am thinking of you and praying for you.

I will always emember the smile on his face and his easy going outlook on life.
It was a joy for me to be a trusted friend. I will always remember the times we shared our music together. God will always share his everlasting love with George.
