To Mary Jane Tocko and family,
My sincere condolences on the loss of your brother.

although Jerry and I didn't stay in contact, after Cretin, I remember how much fun we had, especially at homecoming. I can't begin to tell you how much I admire and respect his decision to donate his body. My brother did the same and I know how much it means to the researchers. I also congratulate his survivors for respecting his wishes. He deserves a place of honor in Heaven.

gentle giant

Jerry was a "gentle giant: a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He was generous beyond belief and I thought his love and devotion to my aunt was truly inspirational. May he rest in peace without further suffering and know that he was loved.

We spent a Christmas with the Tackos and many other family functions together of which Jerry and Peg made us feel very welcome and a part of the family. I have his secret recipe for salsa after a family gathering and comparing recipes. He will surely be missed, a very nice person to us. RIP

I am so grateful for the heartfelt conversations I was able to have with my Dad in his last days. We would not be the close and supportive family we are today if he hadn't come into our lives over 40 years ago. He took care of Mom and raised us kids and has always been there for us.
