Dr. Fulton was a very dedicated to his patients. I have suffered from Acne for 55 yrs. the worst being during adolescence and throughout my life. I am 64 and started seeing him when I was 19 in Miami. He was the first to clarify the cause and treatment and I still use the medications that he developed.
