Kenneth passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Kenneth was a resident of Gate City, Tennessee at the time of passing. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Church Hill Memory Gardens with Randy Sims officiating. Visitation at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on May 6, 2019.
