Not sure what to say?

I'm glad I had an opportunity to see Lenora before I left VA. As vibrant as usual I received what I never thought would be my last hug. Lenora was a great nurse and a good person.

My condolences to the family.

To the Johnson & Ellis family, My condolences and prayers are with you. I was shocked and saddened upon hearing of Lenora's (Bootsie)passing. But then a smile came on my face. Remembering her in Bayonne High School, stepping so proudly in her Drum Majorette uniform with her cousin Vernette. I can just see her smiling face, proudly marching in Glory. God Bless You All
Love - Joyce Burroughs-Berks and family, Virginia Beach, VA

To the Ellis Family:
I knew Lenora growing up in Bayonne NJ. I remember she always had a pleasant personality.
Friends will comfort you and Faith will hold you as the Loving Memories heal your heart.
All of you are in my prayers.

To Lenora's Family,
I hope you find comfort in this poem. I read it often.
"The Broken Chain"
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide: and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and...

You have my Love and prayers during such a difficult time in your life, I also feel your hurt and lost. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Ellis the evening before her death, we even talked about retirement, not kowing that her retirement was nearer than we though. Also glad I could present her with flowers, when she could smell them and see their beauty, and her most famous saying when things were overwhelming was " Good God Amighty" I will always remember that and truly he is good, He...

Dear Janeen, Denise, and Ellis Family,

We would like to express our condolences to your family, and let you know you will continually be in our prayers.
Sincerely,

To the Ellis Family:
My deepest condolences on the loss of Lenora. I had the honor of working with her at Peninsula Hospital, and had the privilege to call her friend. May God comfort and keep you during this difficult time.
Blessings,

Dearest Lenora,
Thank you for the love, compassion, and kindness you shared not only with me, but all you came in contact with. Having the pleasure of knowning you for over 10 years as an excellent charge nurse at RBHC, you brought a certain love, dedication, and selflessness to all the lives you touched. Thank you for being a part of my life. May you rest in peace in the loving arms of God. You will be deeply missed...

To Janeen and the Ellis Family,
I am still at a loss for words. I had just seen Ms. Lenora the day before and she was so happy, like she always was. I will always remember her as an encourager. She always had kind and uplifting words for everyone. Her presence will truly be missed at the shop. She was one special lady that will always be in my heart.

Janeen, if you need anything, anything at all please let us know!

With much Love and Sympathy,
Linda Baker (Blessings...
