Paula M. Stearns

Karen and family, I was saddened to learn of Paulas passing. We had many good times at Quinsig. She was a terrific teacher,friend and colleague. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. R.I.P. Paula

I was so sad to read about the passing of Miss Stearns. She was my 4th grade teacher at Quinsig many years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. May her memory be eternal. ~Tara (Rosenthal) Husson

As the North High Class of 1960 nears its 50th reunion next October, this is extremely sad news. I was in the drama club with Paula, and now I [and her classmates I'm sure] feel cheated by her loss. I will propose to the planning committee that we have a special table in memory of classmates like Paula. I will deeply miss not seeing Paula again. It has been a joy to read about how much she gave of herself as a teacher and as a member of so varied a number of wonderful organizations. Phil Fisher

I was lucky enough to have Ms. Stearns as my fourth grade teacher years ago, and I will always remember her as one of the most caring and nicest teachers I have ever had. May She Rest In Peace.
