I learned that Jay had passed several years ago when I tried to get in touch and reached Madonna. Just discovered this obit page today. We were stationed together at Minot AFB in the early to mid 80s. He was my mentor and responsible for helping give direction to my Air Force career for which I was thankful. Jay was a wonderful friend,I have many little gifts from him am very sad to hear of his passing,My husband and I was just talking about him wondering if he was still in Great Falls so I looked on line and saw this.
