Our condolence and sympathy to our dear friend Violy and family in their great loss of a husband, father and grandfather. Sammy is home with the Lord now. Gone not forgotten . Our fond memories with him will forever stay with us . Till we meet again!

I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your husband & father. He gave so much to the FUM Church of East Greenbush, his patients, and his local and overseas communities. I remember attending a communion breakfast at church once where he was the guest speaker sharing about one of his medical mission trips. It was a very interesting and informative talk. I will always remember his kindness and pleasant nature.

Dr Dulay was there when I needed him the most He was a good person and Doctor. RIP and my sincere. Sympathy to his family

I met Dr Dulay when I was a teenager. He started to sing a song to me. I remember looking at my Mother and saying, I believe I have found my doctor for life. He stayed my doctor until he retired. He was the greatest doctor that I ever had. He was always able to cure whatever ailed me. Thank you Dr Dulay for everything. My heart and prayers go out to your family for their great loss.
