Not sure what to say?

Shelley and I were good friends and I am so saddened by this. She was such a bright light and much too young to be gone. I will miss her very much.
My condolences to her family.

Shelley was good sister. Even though we had many different interests, I still respected her. One thing she always said was I am going to make you read my doctorate disortation! I am not interested in the subject matter, but knew she put her heart , and sole into it. I think she would have made a great teacher. She loved her educational experiences but was longing to come back to Canada , and start working and starting a life for herself. She was tired of the student life. I knew her entire...

Shelley was my long awaited beautiful daughter. Shelley, her brother Jeff, and I went through many problems for both, sickness, broken bones, casts, operations, etc. in our many years along. She became very independent and intent on getting a good education after seeing how much I regretted not pursuing teaching of the mentally challenged but going into business which was higher paying at the time.

Shelley decided about 7 yrs. of age that she was going to be a...

I attended Emerson College with Shelley, and her death is so unfair and sad in many ways, and my heart goes out to her family. But it has caused me to reflect on Shelley's life--full of curiosity, passion, zest, friendship, generosity--and how we might learn from the example she set. Thank you Shelley!

I worked with Shelley for a year at OUC; I started in the summer of 2002, and Shelley was there to get me oriented and started as I was thrown into teaching summer session at the last minute. She was so calm, helpful, knowledgeable, and practical, and I was relieved to have someone close to my age there with which to commiserate. Over that year, while Shelley was working in Kelowna and I was working up in Vernon, she and I bonded. We scrambled to put a paper together for a CATTW conference,...

As a friend always I will miss you!
To the family my condolences.

I have taught many people tennis lesson for quite a few years now. Some of them become special for whatever reason. Shelley was one of those because she had a huge heart and wasn't afraid to show it. In my class she was one of the better players and ALWAYS volunteered to play with the less talented ones. She was encouraging to them and always made my class more enjoyable. As the teacher this made MY job easier and I so admired her attitude. I pray the Lord wraps his loving arms around you...

I can only imagine what a loss this is for Sylvia and Terry. Clearly Shelley was an inspiration to all who knew her. My deepest sympathies are with you and the Nash family at this very difficult time.

Shelley was a "daughter","niece", and most importantly, a friend to my best friend Marilyn McLaren. Her determination, perseverance, and independance are qualities I would have wanted for a daughter of my own. Shelley babysat for our two boys on the recommendation of my friend, Marilyn, and I was so lucky to have had that connection.
Thankyou, Shelley.
