Dear Karan, years ago I introduced a young , eager man to you and he became your husband of these many years. What did not change over the years was his eagerness for those things he considered his passions-his work, the flower show, and you. He would call every so often to share details about what was driving his efforts and find out how me and mine were doing. He lived very fully over the years and did his best always. We should all live so and fully!

Dear Karen, you were the steadfast person in Tommy's life and he loved you dearly. I'm so sorry that this brutal illness stole your precious senior years together. Together you lived a life that was so rich with activities and travel that the world is your home. I'm only sorry that we our paths didn't cross sooner.
