I had so hoped to visit Liz when I returned from my stay in Florida, but
that was not to be.
I worked with Liz at Beaumont Hospital. She was so confident, fun and a doer.....she was open to trying
anything. Liz and I shared the love of flower arranging. Plus she replaced me at Fr. Pops Medical Clinic in Pontiac taking over the leadership position over staff and operations. I admired Liz, enjoyed being with her, and I loved her. She was strong but loving in

There was only one Liz Philion. I never saw anyone who saw a situation and took action like she did - often much to my relief. What a dynamo. My condolences to you "kids". She was proud of her sons and, I got the distinct impression, when you married your lovely wives she felt she had left you in good hands. I know she smiled (a sparkly eyed smile) when she talked about you - and those wonderful grandchildren. RIP Liz.
