A Son Of Blood And Thunder: + Al Stokes

I have Pastored on Cleveland for 39 years. From the early 80s I have always admired and respected Rev. Campbell. He was one if the most dynamic and powerful preachers I have known. He always took time to talk to me and give me advice. I will miss him deeply. God bless and keep the family. Rev. Dr. Benjamin Franklin Jr.

Pastor Campbell was my mentor. He really helped me in ministry. I followed him all over Akron and vicinity. U even bowled with him for 3 years in the church bowling league. I have been trying to obtain his sermons and don't know who to contact for some. If anyone knows how to contact the family please let me know or have them contact me

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Praying that God continues to lessen your sadness. Pastor Campbell took me under his wing when he Pastored Temple Baptist Church in Cleveland and I was at Second New Hope. We both also graduated from Bishop College in Dallas Texas. He was a good friend and mentor and he shall be missed. God bless all of you.

Gone but not forgotten. I cherish the memories at Columbus Baptist church in Memphis, Tennessee. He was well known and loved by so many others. May God grant you his shalom peace in this difficult time. Gwynelle Eggerson and daughter Ashley Lynn

Bishop College together. We crossed the burning sands together. Frat brothers forever.

Fond memories of Rev. Campbell dating back to 1973 when he baptized me at Temple Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He will be truly missed. Prayers to the Campbell family.
