Not sure what to say?

Mr. Glen was a dear friend of my father, Glen Jordan. He and my father built furniture together for the church and for Montessori schools. The Hawthornes were lovely people and I often think of them. We knew their sons, and I was friends with some of the extended family members. Mr. Hawthorne, like my father, was a great man who shared his talents and left a beautiful legacy. He was generous and kind. Daphne Buckingham

Our deepest sympathy to Nita and family. Jesus took Mr. Glen home. Always the sweetest. I just loved Mr. Glen. Very rare not to see him at church. Will miss him and the sweet aroma of his pipe and a warm hug. Rest in peace, Glen.

Aunt Nita, We are so saddened by the loss of Uncle Glen.. We love you. Joe, Toni, & Stephanie.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Uncle Glen was such a kind & talented man. Prayers for all of you.

Aunt Nita- I'm so sorry for your loss. Toni and I are both thinking about you....you are in our prayers.

Nita and kids, our families go way back and I will always remember fondly the times we spent together. Glen was a great man with a huge heart. He was a true friend and my father loved and trusted him completely. Now he and Mark are up in heaven having a long-anticipated conversation. My love to all of you.

When I think of Uncle Glen I remember a man who truly lived his faith. He loved God, his church and his family. He and Aunt Nita are great examples of
people with a servants heart. Kenneth and I and our girls were blessed to have known him.

I have fond memories of being in Alabama with my grandparents and getting to visit Uncle Glen and Nita. He is missed.

Uncle Glen always took the time to talk with me and he always listened to what other people had to say. He treated me with respect and kindness when we talked and I will always remember him that way. The deep voice and the sense of humor will always make him the unique person that he was. Glen and Nita were as kind to my parents as anyone could have every asked for and they will both stay in my heart forever. I will miss Glen and every time I smell pipe smoke, I will think of him fondly.
